The purpose of this paper is to study traffic predictions and patterns of OTT (over the top) services that are bringing new trends to the media content market. With the recent generalization of the Internet and mobile and the spread of Covid s abnormal culture, the use of OTT services is increasing further, accelerating the growth. There is increasing interest in whether these media consumption environments can efficiently handle the increasing traffic. In addition, various strategies are required to survive and grow in a rapidly changing smart media environment. Media content user traffic forecasts and patterns play an important role in establishing media content business strategies and business models. In this study, we used artificial intelligence to predict rapidly increasing OTT user traffic and study patterns by period, targeting N company, a representative OTT service provider. The research results aim to contribute to the efficient investment and operation of the infrastructure of Internet service providers and the establishment of media content business strategies for content service providers.
