In Korean society, 8.03 million elderly people aged 65 and over entered an aging society, with 16.1% of the population entering the aging society by 2020. Aging populations lead to household changes, leading to the growth of single-family households. It directly or indirectly affects socioeconomic phenomena such as economic, welfare, and housing, and changes in household structure have resulted in various changes along with changes in the social environment. Industrialization, nuclear familyization, and modernization of elderly people are becoming serious social problems. In South Korea, long-term care insurance has been in place since 2008, and the number of single adults has increased, and the number of people entering long-term care facilities for the elderly has skyrocketed. In particular, COVID-19, which recently occurred, has an adverse effect on the long-term care sector based on face-to-face services, namely the daily lives of elderly people in need of care and care, so it is time to increase not only qualitative changes but also elderly long-term care services. In recent years, elderly long-term care facilities have been shifting from the concept of facilities to the concept of housing. The study will propose a plan for the elderly long-term care housing model with artificial intelligence.
