장르 인식 향상을 위한 텍스트 유형과 장르 인식 활동 방안 연구

Text Types for Enhancing Genre Awareness and Planning Genre Awareness Activities

본 연구는 북미 신수사학파의 장르 이론 중에서 ‘장르 인식’을 중심으로 텍스트 유형과 활동 내용을 제안했다. 이를 위해서 신수사학파의 장르 인식의 개념을 살펴보고, 텍스트 유형과 장르 인식 활동을 검토하였다. 또한 이를 한국어 글쓰기 상황을 반복적으로 마주하는 대학원 유학생을 고려해서 세부적인 텍스트 유형을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 이 텍스트 유형을 통해 진행되는 과제 스퀀스를 대학원 유학생의 수사적상황을 고려해서 자세하게 설명하였다. 본 연구는 대학원 유학생을 위한 장르 인식수업에서 진행될 수 있는 텍스트 유형과 장르 인식 활동을 구성·설계했다는 점에서의미가 있을 것이다.

This study examines the New Rhetoric School’s genre theories to identify the types of texts and activities that can be used to improve genre awareness. In addition, it demonstrates the detailed types of texts, by considering international students, who repeatedly encounter Korean writing contexts. Finally, it proposes a task sequence based on such text types and enhanced genre awareness activities by considering international students’ rhetorical situations. The study holds implications for the construction and design of text types and genre awareness activities that can be used to improve genre awareness classes for international students.
