남강유역 청동기시대 구획구의 구조와 성격

The Structure and Character of Compartment Elongated Ditches in the Basin of the Nam River during the Bronze Age

일직선 형태의 개별 대상유구(구상유구)가 =자형, ㄷ자형, ㅁ자형 등 장방형 형태로 세트를 이루는 유구를‘구획구’라고 명명하였다. 본고에서는 구획구가 조사된 진주 남강유역의 네 유적을 검토하여 구획구의 특징을 살펴보고 축조시기, 구조, 성격에 대해서 검토하였다. 구획구는 경상남도 진주 남강유역권에서 집중적으로 확인된다. 시기는 청동기시대 후기 송국리문화 단계이다. 구획구 내부에는 굴립주로 추정되는 기둥구멍, 아궁이 등이 확인되는데, 굴립주와 아궁이, 구가 세트를 이루는 시설일 가능성이 높다. 내부의 굴립주는 견고한 高床家屋이 아니라 地面式임시 가건물이다. 구획구는 마을 공동 의례공간으로 이용되었으며, 구획구를 이루는 개별 대상유구는 공동으로 취사나 식사를 하는 공간이었을것이다. 취락에서 구획구와 주거의 숫자 비율은 대체로 1:2 정도이다. 두 가구가 하나의 구획구를 보유했다는 것이 아니라 마을전체가 공동으로 이용하였을 것이다.

Compartment elongated ditches(區劃構) refer to individual elongated ditches in the form of a straight line that make a set in a rectangular shape such as‘ =’‘, ㄷ’, and‘ ㅁ’. This study set out to review four relics in the basin of the Nam River in Jinju region where the compartment elongated ditches were excavated and examine their construction time, structure, characteristics. There is a concentration of the compartment elongated ditches in the basin of the Nam River in Jinju region, Gyeongsangnam province. They were constructed during the Songguk-ri culture stage during the late Bronze Age. There are wooden pillar holes and furnaces estimated to be a building with embedded directly in the ground(掘立柱) inside the compartment elongated ditches. There is a high possibility that a building with embedded directly in the ground, furnace, and ditch made a set of facilities. Abuilding with embedded directly in the ground inside is a ground-type temporary building rather than a house with a high floor(高床家屋). The compartment elongated ditches were used as public ritual spaces in a village, each individual elongated ditches were used as communal cooking and eating spaces. The compartment elongated ditches and the residences had a rough ratio of 1:2 in the settlements. All the villagers would have used a public compartment elongated ditch rather than two households sharing one.
