This paper examines the relationship between the level of learning organization and the job transfer of knowledge. Recently, many enterprises and organizations recognizing the importance of learning have become interested in this topic. However, what is lacking in the literature is what relates the level of learning in organization to the job transfer of knowledge. This study is different from previous studies in that learning organization must be analyzed into three levels: individual, team, and organizational levels. Secondly, this study tries to find out whether learning organization can influence job transfer of knowledge through employees` job involvement. In addition, this study newly defined and analyzed employees` job involvement not as a dependent variable but as a mediating variable of organizational effectiveness.
