This study aims to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing with social capital of the individual as mediator. Data were collected on a structured questionnaire containing the transformational leadership, social capital, and knowledge sharing scales. Hypotheses were tested using statistical analysis of the data after establishing the reliability and validity of the scales. The study proved that the transformational leadership and social capital are significantly correlated to knowledge sharing. Social capital also proven to mediate the effects between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing.
