Hemangiomas are relatively common benign vascular lesions. However, cavernous hemangiomas are uncommon in external auditory canal (EAC). Here, we report a 69-year-old man with a cavernous hemangioma in the EAC. Surgical resection was performed successfully, and the patient is currently well without further problems, including recurrence, 1 year after treatment. The management of vascular lesions in the EAC is discussed along with a review of the relevant literature.
