대학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 수업 참여도 및 전공 만족도 관계에서 교수-학생 상호작용의 매개효과

Mediating Effect of Professor-Student Interaction in Relation of University Student’ s Academic Self-Efficacy and Instruction Particpation, Major Satisfaction

목적 본 연구는 경남 G시에 소재한 대학교에 재학 중인 870명의 1~2학년 대학생을 연구대상으로 선정하여 이들이 인식한 학업적 자기효능감과 수업 참여도 및 전공 만족도 관계에서 교수-학생 상호작용의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 방법 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경상남도 G시에 소재한 국립G대학교 1~2학년에 재학 중인 대학생 870명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2020년 9월 14일부터 18일까지 5일간 대학 내 LMS를 활용하여 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 분석 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 학업적 자기효능감, 교수-학생 상호작용, 수업 참여도 및 전공 만족도 변수 간에는 유의한 관계가 나타났고, 학업적 자기효능감과 교수-학생 상호작용은 대학생의 수업 참여도 및 전공 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학업적 자기효능감과 수업 참여도 관계, 학업적 자기효능감과 전공 만족도 관계에서 교수-학생 상호작용은 부분매개변수로 유의한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 대학생들의 수업 참여도와 전공 만족도를 높이기 위해 온라인과 오프라인을 병행하여 친밀감과 신뢰감에 근거한 교수-학생 상호 간의 적극적인 소통 방안을 마련할 필요성이 있음을 시사하고 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze mediating effect of professor-student interaction in relation of university student’ s academic self-efficacy and instruction particpation, major satisfaction. Methods To achieve this purpose, the study subject were university 1~2 grade 870 student while at G university in J city in gyeong sang nam do question investigation was performanced aimed at this students during 5 days. To measure university student’ s academic self-efficacy, professor-student interaction, instruction particpation and major satisfaction. measurement tool was made existing tool. On this basis, question materal was collected and collected question materal was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 program. Results Result of this study are summarized as follows: First, there were meaningful relation among university student’ s academic self-efficacy, professor-student interaction, instruction particpation and major satisfaction. and university student’ s academic self-efficacy, professor-student interaction effected on instruction particpation and major satisfaction positively. Second, professor-student interaction had part mediator effect in relation of university student’ s academic self-efficacy and instruction particpation, university student’ s academic self-efficacy and major satisfaction. Conclusions This study had meaning to analyze mediating effect professor-student interaction in relation of university student’ s academic self-efficacy and instruction particpation, major satisfaction. On this study, our socity will have to devise various way to reinforce academic self-efficacy and professor-student interaction for university student’ s instruction particpation, major satisfaction’s improvement.
