남성의 육아휴직을 경험한 어머니가 인식하는 어머니 문지기 역할에 대한 질적연구

목적 본 연구는 남성의 육아휴직을 경험한 어머니가 인식하는 어머니 문지기 역할에 대한 질적 연구이다. 방법 이를 위하여 영유아기의 자녀를 둔 남성의 육아휴직을 경험한 어머니 6명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 자료수집은 2021년 9월6일부터 11월 30일까지 연구 참여자 별로 예비 면담 1회와 심층면담 2회 진행하였으며, 진행 방법은 개별 면담 및 전화 면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 김영천(2016)가 제시한 전사, 메모, 개방 코딩, 심층 코딩, 주제 생성의 순으로 분석을 진행하였다. 결과 첫째. 남성의 육아휴직을 통해 남편이 참여하는 육아를 진행하면서 좋은 점도 있었지만 육아로 인하여 또다른 부부 갈등의 원인이 되기도 하였다. 둘째. 연구 참여자들은 어머니 문지기 역할에 대해서 면담을 통해서 그 의미를 알았으며, 남성의 육아휴직 기간 동안에 자신의 행동을 뒤 돌아 보며 어머니 문지기 역할에 대해서 다시 생각해 보기도 하였다. 또한 부부가 함께 육아를 할 때 어머니의 문지기 역할의 중요성 및 필요성에 대해서 인식하게 되었다. 결론 이를 위하여 남성이 육아휴직을 하기 전에 영유아 발달의 대한 지식 및 육아를 위한 기초적인 교육이 필요하며, 어머니 역시 임산부 교육, 산후 교육 등을 통해서 어머니 문지기 역할에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 본 연구는 남성의 육아휴직을 경험한 어머니가 인식하는 어머니 문지기 역할에 대한 연구로 부부 공동육아의 정책을 제시 할 때 수요자의 삶의 질을 고려한 수요자 중심의 정책 수집에 도움이 되는 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

Objectives This study is a qualitative study on the role of a mother's gatekeeper perceived by mothers who have experienced father's parental leave. Methods For this purpose, a study was conducted on 6 mothers who experienced parental leave of fathers with children of infancy. Data collection was conducted from September 6 to November 30, 2021, with one preliminary interview and two in-depth interviews for each research participant. The collected data were analyzed in the order of transcription, memo, open coding, deep coding, and topic generation suggested by Kim Young-cheon (2016). Results first. There were good things about her husband's participation in childcare through her father's parental leave, but it also caused another marital conflict due to childrearing. second. The study participants found out the meaning of the mother's gatekeeper role through interviews, and also looked back on their behavior during the men's parental leave and thought about the mother's gatekeeper role again. In addition, the couple recognized the importance and necessity of the mother's role as a gatekeeper when raising children together. Conclusions For this, knowledge of infant development and basic education for childcare are required before fathers take parental leave, and mothers also need education on the role of mothers through maternity education and postpartum education. This study is a study on the role of mothers' gatekeepers perceived by mothers who have experienced parental leave of their fathers. When presenting a policy of joint parenting for married couples, this study is used as basic data to help collect consumer-oriented policies that consider consumers' quality of life. hope to be
