대학생 직업기초능력 신장을 위한 프로젝트학습 프로그램 개발

Development of a project learning program to enhance the basic vocational competency of college students

목적 연구의 목적은 대학생의 직업기초능력 신장을 위한 프로젝트학습 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 방법 연구목적의 실현을 위하여 실시한 연구방법은 문헌연구, 사례연구, 요구분석, 전문가 평가 및 현장적용 평가 등이었다. 문헌연구, 사례연구, 요구분석을 통하여 프로그램의 초안을 구안하였다. 그리고 전문가 평가 및 현장적용 평가를 통하여 프로그램의 완성안을 개발하였다. 요구분석 및 전문가 평가는 관련 분야 전문가 6명씩을 대상으로 실시하고 그 결과를 질적내용분석법에 따라 분석하였다. 현장적용 평가는 2022년 2월 20일부터 4주에 걸쳐 총 12시간 적용하고 그 결과를 정리하였다. 결과 연구결과 개발된 프로그램은 프로그램의 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가의 형태로 구성되었다. 그리고 각 단계별로 단계명, 활동내용, 관련 직업기초능력, 시량, 산출물, 준비물 및 유의점이 포함되었다. 학습 단계는 준비하기, 문제이해, 해결책 구안, 실천하기, 돌아보기, 변화관리로 되어 있다. 결론 본 프로그램을 통하여 학생들의 직업기초능력이 신장될 뿐 아니라 학생들이 주도적으로 관련 사항을 준비할 수 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 다만, 보다 양질의 프로그램을 위하여 향후 하이브리드 형태의 프로그램이 추가 개발될 필요가 있음을 제안할 수 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop a project learning program to enhance the basic vocational competency of college students. Methods The research methods carried out for the realization of the research purpose were literature study, case study, needs analysis, expert evaluation, and field application evaluation. The draft program was devised through literature study, case study, and needs analysis. And the completion of the program was developed through expert evaluation and field application evaluation. The needs analysis and expert evaluation were conducted for each of 6 experts in the relevant field, and the results were analyzed according to the qualitative content analysis method. The field application evaluation was applied for a total of 12 hours over 4 weeks from February 20, 2022, and the results were summarized. Results The program developed as a result of the research consisted of the goals, contents, methods, and evaluation of the program. And for each stage, the name of the stage, activity content, related basic vocational competency, measurement, output, preparations, and points to be noted were included. The learning phase consists of preparing, understanding the problem, devising a solution, putting it into practice, looking back, and managing change. Conclusions It was found that through this program, not only students' basic vocational abilities were improved, but also learners were able to proactively prepare related matters. However, it can be suggested that a hybrid type program needs to be further developed in the future for a higher quality program.
