2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이 실행에 대한 유치원 교사와 어린이집 교사의 인식 차이

Differences in perceptions of kindergarten teachers and daycare center teachers on the implementation of play in the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum

목적 본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이 실행에 대한 유치원과 어린이집 교사의 인식 차이를 알아보았다. 방법 이를 위하여 서울, 경기도 소재 유아교사 대상으로 241부의 온라인 설문을 진행하여 유치원 교사103명, 어린이집 교사 103명 총 206부를 최종 분석하였다. 유치원 교사와 어린이집 교사의 놀이 실행의 인식차이를 알아보기 위하여 박종명(2020)의 2019개정 누리과정의 놀이 실행자료를 참고하여 설문내용을 수정 보완하였으며, SPSS 26.0의 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 또한 일반적 특성은 빈도분석, 연구도구의 신뢰도 분석을 위하여 Cronbach’s α 계수를 산출, 놀이 실행의 대한 일반적 배경의 차이 및 인식의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 t-test 및 One-way ANOVA을 실시하고, Scheffé 검증을 실시하여 사후검증을 진행하였다. 결과 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이 실행에 대한 유치원 교사와 어린이집 교사의 인식을 살펴 본 결과 학력이 높을수록, 경력이 많을수록 놀이 실행 인식이 높게 나타났으며, 유치원 교사보다 어린이집 교사들의 놀이 실행의 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다. 결론 2019 개정 누리과정의 내실화 및 유아교육 현장의 안정된 정착을 위해서는 유아교사의 경력과 유아교육기관의 유형의 따른 연수 방법 및 연수시간, 연구 내용 등의 지원 방향을 결정하는데 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

Objectives In this study, the difference in perception between kindergarten and daycare center teachers on the play execution of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum was examined. Methods To this end, 241 online surveys were conducted for infant teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and a total of 206 copies were analyzed for 103 kindergarten teachers and 103 daycare center teachers. In order to find out the difference in perception of play execution between kindergarten and daycare center teachers, the survey was revised and supplemented by referring to the play execution data of 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Results As a result of examining the perception of kindergarten teachers and daycare center teachers on the play execution of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum, the higher the educational background and the more experienced they were, the higher the perception of play execution by daycare center teachers than kindergarten teachers. Conclusions For the internalization of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum and stable settlement of early childhood education sites, it is expected to be used as basic data to determine the training method, training time, and research direction according to the career of early childhood teachers
