간호대학생의 공감, 의사소통능력, 자아존중감이 대인관계 만족도에 미치는 영향

Influence of Empathy, Communication competence, and Self-esteem on Interpersonal satisfaction among Nursing students

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 공감, 의사소통능력, 자아존중감이 대인관계 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 이를 위하여 B광역시 소재 간호대학의 임상실습 교과목 이수 경험이 있는 3학년 간호대학생 99명을 대상으로 대인관계 만족도 관련 변인을 측정하기 위한 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 2021년 9월 13일부터 10월 29일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, ANOVA 및 Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 결과 연구 대상자의 대인관계 만족도는 의사소통능력(r=.398, p<.001), 자아존중감(r=.703, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 대인관계 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감(β=.70, p<.001)이었으며, 총 설명력은 49%였다(F=94.99, p>.001). 결론 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 대인관계 만족도를 높이기 위하여 자아존중감 증진 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제언한다.

Objectives This study is a descriptive research study to understand the effects of empathy, communication competence, and self-esteem on interpersonal satisfaction of nursing students. Methods The survey participants were 99 students in third grade who have completed clinical practice courses at the college of nursing in B city, Data were colleced through self-report questionnaire from September 13 to October 29 in 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA and Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis in the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. Results Communication competence(r=.398, p<.001) and self-esteem(r=.703, p<.001) were related positively with interpersonal satisfaction. The influential factor on interpersonal satisfaction was self-esteem(β=.70, p<.001), and this factor explained 49% of interpersonal satisfaction among nursing students(F=94.99, p>.001). Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it was suggested to develop a program for increasing self-esteem in order to increase the interpersonal satisfaction of nursing students.
