Social Elements: A Summary of Social Science Research on Rare Earth Industry in Baotou

稀土不仅仅是全球性的战略资源，对储量丰富的地区来说，更能够影响到当地的经济、社会和文化。中国内蒙古自治区的包头市是全世界稀土储量最丰富的地区，这里的稀土产业不仅带动了当地的经济发展，也为相关产业的蓬勃发展提供了必要的条件。本文正式基于这样的现实对包头稀土产业的社会科学研究进行了收集、分类，并对这些资料进行了总结和分析。

Rare earth is not only a global strategic resource, but also can affect the local economy, society and culture for areas with abundant reserves. Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China is the region with the richest rare earth reserves in the world. The rare earth industry here not only drives the local economic development, but also provides necessary conditions for the vigorous development of related industries. Based on this reality, this paper collected and classified the social science research of rare earth industry in Baotou, and summarized and analyzed these data.
