한국의 치유적 연극활동 발전사 연구

A study on the Development History of Healing Drama in Korea: Focusing on the Birth Process of Dramatherapy

이 연구는 한국의 연극치유활동 역사를 통해서 현재 연극치료의 문제점과 미래의 발전가능성을살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 해석적 연구방법으로, 연극치료와 연극관련 국내외 학술지 및 학위논문의 인터넷 검색, 연극치료관련 해외서적을 통한 문헌자료수집과 연극치료 초장기인 1990년대 활동한 연극치료사 6인의 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 인터뷰 대상은, 1990년대 전후로 활동하는 연극치료 단체의 대표이거나 연극치료 전문가 양성교육을 진행하고 있는 자, 해외에서 연극치료를 공부하고 국내에서 활동하고 있는 연극치료사 총 6인을 대상으로 대면, 이메일, 전화를 통한 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연극치료에서 미래성장을 위해 고민해야 할 부분은 첫째. 연극치료의 정체성확보. 둘째. 연극치료사의 전문성 확보와 관리감독을 위한 슈퍼비전 시스템 마련, 셋째. 연극치료사가 보건영역의 전문가로서의 지위와 권리 확보를 위한 제도적 마련이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current problems of Drama therapy and the possibility of future development through the history of healing Drama in Korea. For this purpose, as an interpretative research method, we conducted an Internet search for domestic and foreign academic journals and dissertations related to drama therapy and drama, collected literature data through overseas books related to drama therapy, and interviewed six pioneer drama therapists who were active in the early 1990s in Korea. The interview target was a total of 6 drama therapists who were active in Korea after graduating of an overseas school, who were the representatives of association or who were trainers for drama therapists. Interviews were conducted over the phone, face-to-face and online(e.g.email) For the growth of Drama therapy, the following should be considered. The first, the establishment of Korean drama therapy identity. secondly. establishing a specialized supervision systems for Drama therapy trainees. Thirdly. a legal system must be established to guarantee the status and rights of Drama therapist as health professional.
