For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against 287 beauty service workers. The collected data were analyzed through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis, and the results found the following: A positive correlation was found between abusive supervision, displaced aggression, and service sabotage. Specifically, abusive supervision had a positive influence on anger rumination, displacement, revenge planning, and service sabotage with statistical significance. In addition, anger rumination, displacement, and revenge planning had a positive effect on service sabotage with statistical significance. It is anticipated that the study results would allow people to recognize problems resulting from abusive supervision, displaced aggression, and service sabotage and develop countermeasures.
