Psychological Characteristics of College Students Maintaining Non-Suicidal Self-Injury With the Rorschach

본 연구는 비자살적 자해를 유지하는 대학생의 심리적 특성을 알아보기 위하여 로샤 사례분석 방식(Weiner, 2005)을 사용하였다. 인지적 특성, 스트레스 대처, 자기 및 대인관계 지각, 정서적 특성의 4가지 영역에서 8개의 범주와 21개의 하위 범주가 도출되었고 사례의 빈도와 함께 심리적 특성을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, ‘특정한 상황에 대한 부정확한 인식과 해석’과 ‘긍정적 대인관계 상호작용에 대한 기대 결여’가 공통적인 심리적 특성으로 나타났으며 로샤의 ‘X-%>.20, ‘X+%<.70, XA%<.77& WDA%<.80’, ‘Low Pure H, COP=0 & AG=0 or 1’ 반응 기록을 의미 있게 살펴볼 부분으로 제시하였다.

This study aimed to understand the psychological characteristics of college studentsmaintaining Non-Suicidal Self-Injury(NSSI). The Rorschach case illustration(Weiner, 2005) wasused, it was divided into 4 areas: cognitive characteristics, stress coping, self and interpersonalperception, and emotional characteristics. With that 8 categories and 21 subcategories werederived and psychological characteristics were synthesized and presented along with thefrequency of cases. As a result 'inaccurate perception and interpretation of a particular situation'and 'lack of expectations for positive interpersonal interactions' were presented as commonpsychological characteristics of NSSI. And 'X-%>.20, X+%<.70, XA%<.77 & WDA%<.80', 'LowPure H, COP=0 & AG=0 or 1' derived from subcategories were presented as meaningful partsof Rorschach responses.
