근접경호 도보경호대형 형성방법의 정립에 관한 연구

A Study on the Establishment of the Way of Close Protection Foot Formations

이 연구에서는 근접경호의 방법에 대해 미시적으로 접근하고자 하였다. 특히, 경호대형 형성방법 전반에 대해 이론들을 고찰한 후, 비교·분석·종합하여 도보경호대형 형성방법을 체계화하고 정립하고자 하는 데 연구의 목적을 두었다. ‘도보경호대형’은 경호대상자가 걸어서 이동하는 동안 경호원들의 위치를 쐐기형, 마름모형 등과 같이 일정한 모양을 만들어 경호대상자를 방호하는 경호기법이다. 즉, 경호대상자를 중앙부에 위치시키고, 경호원들은 경호대상자의 주위를 일정한 모양이나 형태로 둘러싸게 된다. 도보경호대형은 상황에 따라 유동적으로 변형되어야 하며, 따라서 다양한 도보경호대형 형성 기법을 익혀야 한다. 경호의 성패를 결정지을 수 있는 도보경호대형 형성의 중대성이 큼에도 불구하고, 그동안 경호학계에서 연구된 자료는 소수의 연구자에 의해서 근접경호와 도보경호대형을 소개하고 있는 정도에 그치고 있다. 또한, 모든 자료가 동일한 도보경호대형을 설명하지는 않고 있었다. 더불어 도보경호대형을 형성하는 이론의 구체적인 근거와 기술적인 부분, 그리고 다양한 응용 형태에 대한 제시가 부족한 실정이었다. 연구결과 도보경호대형의 형성방법은 도보경호대형의 형성 목적에 따른 분류, 도보이동 수단과 이용 시설물에 따른 경호대형의 분류, 경호대상과의 이격 거리에 따른 경호대형의 분류, 경호원 수에 따른 경호대형의 분류, 경호대형의 모양에 따른 분류, 경호대형의 가로세로 형상에 따른 분류로 정립할 수 있다. 앞으로도 도보경호대형의 일반화 및 표준화에 대한 많은 노력이 필요하다. 구체적으로는 대형 형성의 역학적 원리, 표준화된 응용기술, 경호기법의 기술적 부분 등 미시적인 부분까지 연구를 심화하여 재정립해 나가야 한다.

This study tried to approach the way of close protection microscopically. In particular, the purpose of this study was to systematize and establish the way of foot formations by reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and combining theories on overall formation methods. The 'foot formation’ is a security technique that protects a security subject by forming a certain shape such as a wedge or diamond to position security agents while they are moving on foot. That is, security agents surround the security subject, who is located in the center, in a certain shape or form. The foot formation must be changed flexibly according to the situation, so various foot formation techniques must be learned. Despite the great importance of foot formation that can determine the success or failure of security, the data studied in the academic field of security studies are limited to the extent of introducing close protection and foot formations by a small number of researchers. In addition, not all data describe the same foot formations. In addition, there was a lack of concrete grounds, technical parts, and various applications for theories forming foot formations. As a result of the study, the classification of foot formations can be established according to the following: the purpose of the foot formations; the escort means and facilities; the separation distance from the security subject; the number of security agents; the shape of the formations; the horizontal or vertical shape of the formations. In the future, much effort should be needed for generalization and standardization of foot formations. Specifically, the research should be deepened and re-established even in microscopic areas such as mechanical principles of a formation, standardized application technology, and technical parts of security techniques.
