A Study on the Revitalization of the Educational Activity Support Project for Students with Disabilities: Focusing on a Survey of University Students With Disabilities and Experts

연구목적: 본 연구는 대학교 현장에서 교육활동지원사업 진행의 편의성을 고려한 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 장애대학(원)생과 전문가를 연구대상으로 하였다. 설문 문항은 실무자의 타당도 검정을 거쳐 전문가용과 학생용으로 구분하였으며, 분석은 SPSS를 통해 기술통계 분석을 하였으며, 의견 기술 내용은 내용분석으로 핵심내용을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 분석 결과, 첫째, 사업참여, 운영현황, 보조공학기기 구비 및 지원현황을 살펴보았으며, 시스템, 사업 신청 및 관리에 어려움이 있었다. 둘째, 장애학생의 사업수혜 현황과 보조공학기기 지원 현황을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 결론: 연구결과에서 도출된 내용을 바탕으로 사업 신청과 운영의 간소화, 요구에 적합한 보조공학기기 구비 및 지원, 교육부와 사업비 예산 융통성 논의 필요, 필요한 경우 업체 위탁 가능성, 교육지원 인력풀 마련, 교수자의 배려가 필요함을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to suggest a plan considering the convenience of conducting educational activity support projects in universities. Method: This study was conducted for students with disabilities and experts. The questionnaire items were divided into those for experts and students through examining validity with practitioners. The core contents were derived through descriptive statistical analysis through SPSS and opinion description contents analysis. Results: As a result of the analysis, first, project participation, operation status, provision of assistive technology devices and support status were examined. There were difficulties in system and project application and management. Second, it was possible to examine the status of project benefits and support for assistive technology devices for students with disabilities. Conclusion: Simplification of project application and operation based on the contents derived from the research results, provision and support of assistive technology devices suitable for needs, discussion with the Ministry of Education on budget flexibility for project expenses, possibility of consignment to companies if necessary, and preparation of training support manpower pool appeared to be needed for care.
