초등 예비교사들의 갈등 대응에 관한 인식 양상 연구

A Study on the Perception Pattern of Pre-primary Teachers’ Conflict Response

이 연구는 조사연구의 방법으로 초등 예비교사들의 갈등 대응에 관한 인식 양상을 분석한 것이다. 연구 결과의 요약을 기반으로 한 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등 예비교사들은‘타협>회피>통합>조화(순응)>경쟁’과 같은 인식 양상을 보인다. 둘째, 성별에 따른 인식 양상을 보면 여학생이 남학생에 비해‘덜 경쟁적’이고,‘더 순응적’이며,‘더 회피적’인 측면이 있는가하면‘더 타협적’이고‘더 통합적’이다. 셋째, 문항에 따른 인식 양상을 보면‘조화(순응)’와‘통합’(문항 21),‘회피’와‘경쟁’(문항 14),‘회피’와‘통합’(문항 15),‘회피’와‘타협’(문항 11),‘회피’와‘경쟁’(6)에서 의미 있는 차이를 보이고 있다. 의미 있는 문항 중 4개의 문항(문항 15, 14, 11, 6)은‘회피’를 기반으로 하여 이뤄진 것이며, 한 개의 문항(문항 21)은‘조화’와‘통합’을 기반으로 하여 이뤄진 것이다.

This study analyzed perception pattern of elementary school pre-service teachers’ response to conflict. The conclusions of this study based on the summary of the research results are as follows. First pre-primary elementary school teachers show the same recognition pattern as: ‘compromise ❯ avoidance ❯ integration ❯ compliance ❯ competition’. Second, looking at the perception pattern according to gender, female students are ‘less competitive’, ‘more compliant’, and ‘more evasive’ than mail students. On the other hand, they are ‘more compromising’ and ‘more integrated’. Third, looking at the recognition pattern according to the question, there are significant differences in ‘compliance’ and ‘integration’, ‘competition’ and ‘avoidance’, ‘avoidance’ and ‘compromise’, and ‘competition’ and ‘avoidance’. Of the meaningful questions, four (15, 14, 11, 6) were based on ‘avoidance’, and one (21) was based on compromise and integration.
