학부모 상담 시뮬레이션에서 학부모 아바타에 대한 현직교사와 예비교사의 언어 분석

The Semantic Network Analysis of Inservice or Pre-service Teachers and Virtual Parent in Counseling Simulation

연구목적 이 연구는 가상현실 기반 학부모 상담 시뮬레이션에서 현직교사와 예비교사의 상담 내용의 차이를 비교 분석하여 학부모 상담 역량 증진을 위한 예비교사 커리큘럼 및 시뮬레이션 개발에 시사점을 얻고자 한다. 연구방법 교육경력 5년 이상의 현직교사 21명과 교직이수 대학생인 예비교사 21명을 대상으로 가상현실 기반 수업 시뮬레이션을 활용해 학부모 아바타와 실시한 상담 내용을 정제한 후 언어 네트워크의 기본 속성 분석, 중심성 분석, 단어 수준 의미 클러스터링을 실시하였다. 연구결과 현직교사의 언어 네트워크가 예비교사의 언어 네트워크보다 연결관계수나 평균 연결 정도, 밀도 등의 지표값이 더 높았다. 또한 현직교사의 언어 네트워크에서 연결중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성이 높은 단어들이 예비교사의 네트워크보다 더 많이 나타났다. 단어 수준 의미 클러스터링 결과 각 집단이 상담시 사용하는 주제어의 맥락에 차이가 나타났다. 결론 현직교사와 예비교사의 언어 네트워크의 차이를 통해 예비교사의 학부모 상담 역량 개발에 필요한 준거를 마련하였다.

Purpose: This study compared and analyzed the difference of counseling on parent between in-service and pre-service teachers in virtual reality based parent counseling simulations and obtained implications for the development of pre-service teacher curriculum and simulations to enhance parental counseling competency. Methods: Twenty-one in-service teachers with more than 5 years of teaching experience and twenty-one pre-service teachers who had taken a teaching practice had a conversation with a virtual parent and the basic attribute of semantic network analysis, centrality analysis and word-level semantic clustering were conducted. Results: The semantic network of in-service teachers had higher index values such the number of ties, average degree, and density than the network of pre-service teachers. The semantic network of in-service teachers had more words with high degree, closeness, betweenness centralities than the words of pre-service teachers. There was a difference in the context of the keywords used by each group in counseling. Conclusion: Through the difference in the semantic networks, the criteria necessary for the development of parental counseling capabilities of pre-service teachers were prepared.
