기초안전보건교육이 불안전한 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Effects of Basic Safety and Health Education on Unstable Behavior

연구목적 : 기초안전보건교육이 실시된지 10년이 지났지만 보수교육이 실시되지 않고 있어서 근로자의 불안전한 행동이 줄어들지 않고 있다. 불안전한 행동을 줄이기 위해서 보수교육이 반드시 필요하고, VR(가상현실)/AR(증강현실)을 활용한 보수교육을 실시할 때 교육적 효과가 클 것으로 판단된다. 연구방법 : 건설현장에 근무하고 있는 근로자 311명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며, 보수교육과 불안전한 행동과의 상관관계를 분석하였고, VR(가상현실)/AR(증강현실)을 통해 조절효과도 알아보았다. 연구결과 : 기초안전보건교육과 보수교육이 근로자의 불안전한 행동을 줄이는데 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었고, VR(가상현실)/AR(증강현실)을 활용한 조절효과도 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론 : 기초안전보건교육의 보수교육을 실시하는 것이 재해를 예방하는데 많은 기여를 할 것이며, 교육적 효과를 높이기 위하여 VR(가상현실)/AR(증강현실)를 활용한 교육이 필요하다.

Purpose : It has been 10 years since basic safety and health education was conducted, but maintenance education has not been conducted, so workers' unstable behavior has not decreased. Re-education is essential to reduce unstable behavior, and educational effects are expected to be great when conducting conservative education using VR (virtual reality)/AR (Augmented reality). Method : A survey was conducted on 311 workers working at the construction site, the correlation between re-education and unstable behavior was analyzed, and the moderating effect was also investigated through VR (virtual reality)/AR (Augmented reality). Result : Basic safety and health education and re-education were analyzed to have an effect on reducing workers' unstable behavior, and there was also a moderation effect using VR (virtual reality)/AR (Augmented reality). Conclusions : Providing re-education for basic safety and health education will contribute a lot to prevent disasters, and education using VR (virtual reality)/AR (Augmented reality) is necessary to enhance educational effectiveness.
