Research on the Relationship Analysis between Safety Tasks of Construction Supervisor and Accident Prevention

연구목적 : 본 연구는 제조업과 다른 조직체계를 갖추고 있는 건설 현장에서 관리감독자가 수행하는 안전 업무가 사고 예방에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 국내 건설 현장에 근무하는 관리감독자와 안전관리자, 근로자를 대상으로 설문 조사한 내용을 근거로 통계 분석을 실시 하였다. 연구결과 : 본 연구에서 설정한 가설은 다음과 같으며 설문조사와 통계 분석결과 가설1, 가설3, 가설4가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 가설1 관리감독자의 역할은 유해위험작업의 관리 감독에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설2 관리감독자의 법적직무는 유해위험작업의 관리 감독에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설3 안전관리 책임 명확화는 유해위험작업의 관리 감독에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설4 관리감독자의 역할은 근로자의 안전의식 변화에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설5. 관리감독자의 법적 직무수행 수준은 근로자의 안전의식 변화에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설6. 안전관리 책임 명확화는 근로자의 안전의식 변화에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 결론 : 건설 현장의 중대재해를 근절시키기 위해 관리감독자의 역할이 바르게 이행되어야 하며, 안전관리의 책임이 명확하고 구체적이어야 한다는 것이다. 그러기 위해 하도급사 소속의 관리감독자인 팀장, 반장의 안전 업무를 명확히 지정하여 통제하여야 하며, 아울러 안전수칙을 준수하지 않는 모든 개인도 재해예방을 위해 반드시 최소한의 규제가 따라야 한다는 사회적 정서가 정착되는 것이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

Purpose : In this study, tried to find out how the safety work performed by management supervisors at construction sites that have a different organizational system from the manufacturing industry affects the prevention of accidents. Method : In this study, statistical analysis was conducted based on the results of a survey of supervisors, safety managers, and workers working at domestic construction sites. Result : The hypotheses established in this study are as follows. As a result of the survey, hypothesis 1, 3, and 4 were found to be statistically significant. Hypothesis 1, the role of the supervisor will affect the management and supervision of hazardous work. Hypothesis 2, the legal duties of the supervisor will affect the management and supervision of hazardous work. Hypothesis 3, clarification of safety management responsibilities will affect the management and supervision of hazardous work. Hypothesis 4, the role of the supervisor will affect the change in safety awareness. Hypothesis 5, the level of legal duty performance of supervisors will affect the change in workers' safety awareness. Hypothesis 6, clarification of safety management responsibilities will affect changes in safety awareness. Conclusions : In order to eradicate serious accidents at the construction site, the role of the manager and supervisor must be properly performed, and the responsibility for safety management must be clear and specific. To this end, the safety tasks of the team leader and working group leader, who are the management supervisors of the subcontractor, must be clearly designated and controlled. In addition, it should be preceded by the establishment of a social sentiment that all individuals who do not comply with safety rules must be held responsible for accidents.
