파키스탄의 제도적 허점에 관한 고찰

제도는 허점이 있으면 그 기능이 제대로 작동하지 않는다. 제도들은 시스템이며 광범위한 사회적 환경 하에서 작동한다. 제도는 환경에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 환경에 의해 영향을 받는다. 본 논문은 프로티어시장인 파키스탄에서 제도의 역할과 그 허점을 기술하였다. 본 연구를 통해 파키스탄의 제도적 환경과 문화적 분석에 관한 내용을 제시하였다. 파키스탄의 제도적 허점을 확인하고 문제점에 대해 제언하였다. 파키스탄의 제도적 허점을 채우기 위한 노력에 따라 제도적 환경은 개선될 것이다. 이는 교육(프로그램)을 통해서만 가능할 수 있다. 파키스탄처럼 산업생태계가 부족한 경우, 교육은 양질의 서비스 인력을 증가시키는데 활용될 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 파키스탄 스스로 실제 사업 요구사항에 대한 정책입안자를 개혁하고 교육할 수 있다. 본 논문은 파키스탄의 제도적 허점의 성격과 투자고려 사항의 도전과제를 이해하는 데 유용하며 전략적 투자결정을 검토하고 파키스탄의 현실을 이해할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다.

Institutions do not function in a void. They are systems, and work in a broader social environment. Though, institutions affect environment, they are also affected by the environment itself. This paper outlines and accentuates the role of institutional voids in the Pakistan’s business environment. The paper is an in depth analysis of institutional environment and cultural dimension in Pakistani case from Korean perspectives. The institutional environments would flourish and the institutional voids can be filled accordingly with improvements. Education programs can be used to fill institutional voids. If a Pakistan’s ecosystem is lacking a strong service industry, education can be crafted to create an service employees. They themselves can drive reform and educate policymakers about real business needs. This paper helps managers understand the nature of institutional voids and the challenges of investment considerations. This paper offers an opportunity to review this strategic decision and understand the realities of Pakistan.
