세미나 6 : 한국과 미국의 경영학과 학부 및 대학원의 비영리부문 교육 과정에 대한 사례분석

Case Study of Business School and MBA Curriculums in Korea and U.S.A.

본 연구에서는 경영학과 학부 및 석사(MBA)과정에서 비영리 관련 과목 개설 정도를 조사한 후, 비영리 분야에 대한 제도화 수준, 교육수준, 커리큘럼 수준에 따라서 미국 대학교와 한국 대학교의 비영리 관련 교과과정을 비교하여 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 대학교의 비영리 분야에 대한 제도화수준, 교육수준, 커리큘럼은 낮은 수준인 반면, 미국 대학교의 비영리 분야에 대한 제도화 수준, 교육수준, 커리큘럼 수준은 상당히 높은 수준임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석 결과를 기반으로 국내에서 비영리 분야의 교육이 발전하지 못한 문제점을 파악하고 비영리분야의 교육을 활성화시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine curriculums of nonprofit organization at business school and MBA in Korea and U.S.A. Universities. The results shows that graduate courses of nonprofit organization in Korean universities are lower than that of U.S.A. in the systematization, educational, curriculum levels. Based of this results, we analyzed the problems of education related to nonprofit organization in Korean universities. And we also suggested the policy direction of the promotion of the education related to nonprofit organization in Korean universities.
