본 논문은 러시아 현지에 진출하여 직접 경영활동을 수행하고 있는 한국 기업들을 대상으로 이들 한국 기업의 해외직접투자 결정요인이 현지 러시아에서의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하는 것이다. 결정요인을 구성하고 있는 변수로는 선행연구를 통해서 한국기업들의 입지우위요인으로 제한하였다. 입지우위요인은 다시 3분되는데, 일반 환경, 경영자원, 그리고 시장/자원 효율성 등이다. 종속 변수로는 한국 기업들의 경영성과로서 매출 증가율, 이윤 증가율 그리고 경영만족도로 분류/구성하였다. 이들 간의 원인 관계를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 구조방정식모델링 기법을 사용하였다. 분석 절차를 요약하면, 선행연구를 통해 문헌분석을 실행하고 이를 토대로 연구가설을 설립한 후 이를 검증하기 위한 실증분석을 실시하는 것이다. 즉, SPSS 15.0 for windows를 이용하여 상관분석, 신뢰성․ 타당성 분석을 실행하였고, 최종적으로 구조 방정식 모델링을 통한 경로분석은 AMOS 11.0 for windows 통계프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구결과를 부분적으로 설명하면, 매출 증대를 위해서, 한국 기업은 러시아 현지의 일반환경 요인, 경영자원, 시장 요인 등의 입지요인 등을 전략적으로 활용하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 매출 증대 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 일반환경, 경영자원 요인, 시장/자원 효율성 등의 3가지 변수들을 이용하는 것으로 확인되었다.
This paper is planned to analyze the relationship between investment determinants of Korean corporations and management performances of Korean ones in local Russia. The main purpose can be mentioned to test the logically and practically connection of necessity and sufficiency concerning the investment determinants of location advantages and the management performances. The dependent variables of management performances are classified with sales expansion, profit growth and management satisfaction, while the independent ones are sorted based on the previous studies with the 3 following factors of the risk of general environment, activating local management resources and market/resource seekers originated from the location advantages of Korean corporations. Partially explaining the result of analysis, to maximize sales expansion, Korean corporations have been applying the 3 factors of general environment, management resources and market seekers as the means of location advantages.
