대구지역 중국투자기업의 관계특유자본과 관계성과에 관한 연구

A Study on the Factor of Relation Specific Capital and Relation Performance for the China Direct Investment of Daegu Company

본 논문은 대구지역 중국투자기업을 대상으로 관계특유자본 축적 결정요인과 관계특유자본과의 관계 및 관계성과에 대해 실증분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 투자기업적특성 3가지중 투자규모만 관계특유자본에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 거래적특성(거래규모, 거래정보공유, 상호의존성, 기회주의)은 관계특유투자에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 투자성과적 특성(매출액, 영업이익, 투자회수기간)은 관계특유자본에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관계특유자본은 관계성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 중국진출기업이 관계특유자본 축적에는 투자규모의 확대, 거래규모 증대, 정보공유의 원활화, 거래기업간 유연성 제고, 기회주의의 감소, 투자성과 지속 등이 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 또한 관계특유자본 축적을 통해 중국투자기업은 경쟁력제고와 성장지속, 투자에 대한 만족도를 크게 가져올 수 있음이 확인되었다.

This paper examines the factor of relation specific capital and relation performance for the China direct investment of Daegu company. Based on the analysis of forty-one cases, the following results were found. First, it was found that invesment amount have a positive influences on relation specific capital accumulation in three factor of investment company's specificity. Second, transaction's specific(transaction amount, sharing informations, flexibility, opportunism) have positive influences on relation specific capital accumulation. Third, investment performance(sales, operation profit, shortening of payback period) also have a positive influences on relation specific capital accumulation. Fourth, relation specific capital have positive influences on relational performance(increase competitive power, growth continuance, satisfaction of foreign investment)
