The Relationship among Learning Orientation, Critical Reflective Behavior and Innovative Behavior of Members in Sports Organizations

이 연구는 스포츠 단체 회원들의 학습 오리엔테이션, 비판적인 성찰적 행동과 혁신적인 행동 사이의 관계를 탐구하기 위한 것이었다. 이를 위해 전북지역 체육단체 종사자를 조사했다. 32개 설문지를 제외한 320개 설문지 중 최종 288개를 통계적으로 관리하고 SPSS 21.0과 Amos 8.80을 통계 분석에 사용했다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 체육단체 회원의 학습지향은 체육단체 회원의 비판적 성찰적 행동에 의의가 있다. 둘째, 체육단체 회원들의 학습지향은 체육단체 회원들의 혁신적인 행동에 의의가 있다. 셋째, 체육단체 회원들의 비판적 성찰적 행동은 체육단체 회원들의 혁신적인 행동에 의의가 있다.

This study was to explore the relationship among learning orientation, critical reflective behavior and innovative behavior of members in sports organizations . For this, the employee of sports organizations in Jeollabukdo provinces were surveyed. Except for 32 questionnaires, final 288 out of 320 ones was statistically managed and SPSS 21.0 and Amos 8.80 were used for statistical analysis. The result of this research was as follows. First, the learning orientation of members in sports organizations are significant to critical reflective behavior of members in sports organizations. Second, the learning orientation of members in sports organizations are significant to innovative behavior of members in sports organizations. Third, the critical reflective behavior of members in sports organizations are significant to innovative behavior of members in sports organizations.
