인터넷컴퓨터게임시설제공업의 책상 간격에 따른 피난시간 분석

Analysis of the Evacuation Time based on the Desk Spacing Used by Internet Computer Gaming Facility Providers

이 연구는 피난시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 인터넷컴퓨터게임시설제공업의 책상 간격에 따른 피난시간 변화를 측정하고그 결과를 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 현재 ｢다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법｣은 내부 피난통로의 폭에 대해서만 규제를하고 있다. 인터넷컴퓨터게임시설제공업의 가구 배치에 따른 피난 공간 폭에 대한 규제는 시행되지 않고 있다. 이를 고려해190, 210, 230, 260 cm 피난 공간 폭을 설정하여 시설 공간의 다양한 변수에 따른 피난시간을 비교⋅분석하였다. 그 결과피난 공간 확대에 따라 피난시간이 최대 166.0초에서 최소 154.0초로 많은 차이가 나타났다. 대중화된 인터넷 게임 시설이용과 피난자의 안전을 고려해 인터넷컴퓨터게임시설 배치에 따른 새로운 피난 공간 폭에 관한 규정이 필요한 때이다.

This study aims to measure changes in the evacuation time with respect to the desk spacing used by internet computer gaming facility providers using an evacuation simulation program and to analyze the results. Currently, the “Special Act on the Safety Management of Multi-Use Businesses” only regulates the width of the internal evacuation passage. There is no regulation on the width of the evacuation space as determined by the arrangement of furniture in internet computer gaming facilities. Considering this, the evacuation times for evacuation passage widths of 190, 210, 230, and 260 cm were compared and analyzed considering various variables of the facility space. The results show that there is a large difference in the evacuation time, ranging from 166.0 s to 154.0 s, as the passage width increases from the minimum to the maximum. With the increasing popularity of internet gaming facilities and considering the safety of the evacuees, it is necessary to draft regulations on the width of new evacuation spaces during the deployment of internet computer gaming facilities.
