본 논문은 한국기업의 글로벌 통합과 사업성과에 관하여 분석하였다. 한국기업의 글로벌 통합과 관련된 87개의 사례를 중심으로 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 기업의 규모, 글로벌 경험, 글로벌 네트워크 구축의 정도, 글로벌 제품의 다양성, 글로벌 시장의 다양성 등을 글로벌 통합요인으로 추출하였다. 둘째, 글로벌 시스템 구축의 적시성, 글로벌 시스템 구축의 대응력, 글로벌 시스템 구축의 신속성 등을 사업성과 요인으로 추출하였다. 기업의 글로벌 통합은 사업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
This paper examines the global integration and business performance in Korean firms. Based on the analysis of eighty-seven cases, the following results were found. First, it was found that global integration forces to size of firm, global experiences, the extent of global network, diversity of global products, and diversity of global markets will be drawn. Second, business performance forces to just-in-time of global system, customer responsiveness of global system, and speed of global system will be drawn. Third, global integration have a positive influences on business performance of firms.
