The aim of this paper is to draw useful implication to Korean government and companies by analysing Japan-Russian economic relation in Siberia and Russian Far East. Japan participated in resource development project in Siberia and Russian Far East since 1970s. So Japan has sufficient experience on doing business with Russian Far East. At present Japan is the most important trade partner of the Russian Far East. Especially The Sakhalin Offshore Oil and Gas Projects are most promising development projects. Japan's business experience in Siberia and Russian Far East will give Korean government and companies useful implication.
