지식기반경제의 인력개발정책에 관한 연구

This study intends to analyze the human resource development in the Knowledge-Based Economy. A study on the human resource development in the Knowledge-Based Economy is very important nowadays, but the study level on this issue in Korea is low. The study method of this paper is the case study on a high-level countries in the human resource development in the Knowledge-Based Economy, England, U.S.A, Australia. This study first attempted to analyze the concept and effects of the Knowledge-Based Economy. And then this study figured out characteristics of the human resource development in the Knowledge-Based Economy. Finally, I analyzed the vision, priorities, action plans of the human resource development in these countries. With this analysis, we find that the stable formation of the lifelong learning system is very important and various programs to realize this system need to be developed. To upgrade the Korean level of the human resource development in the Knowledge-Based Economy, we have to resolve many tasks.
