This paper deals with the change of Moscow citizens' life in the modern era. An introduction of capitalism in Russia have changed the nationality of Russian. Guided by free market ideology, market reforms have resulted in dramatic declines in living standards that limit the forward movement of liberalization. A temporary decline in citizens' living standards was an inevitable part of the transition process. Better living conditions would be ensured if the transition to a free market could be completed, but a serious problem - the deterioration of people's character - would be remained. Daily life of Moskvich have been changed hardly and quickly. This change deprived them of goodness, passion, morality etc. But some New Russians have of course benefited from the change of environment. The attitude of these men distorted good nationality of normal Russians. Declining living standards, social and economic insecurity, and growing inequality have greatly diminished the capacity of Moskvich to choose the life they value. Inflation has finally diminished, but the price of goods little by little has been raised. Though this fact has forced them to depress, they live confidently today.
