스포츠과학기술정책 융합강좌의 플립드러닝 적용 사례연구

A Study on Applying Flipped Learning in Sports Science Technology Policy Convergence Classes: Focusing on the Conversion of Humanities and Fourth Industrial Revolution Technologies based on Sports Principles, and Its Systematic Class Design and Operation

목적 본 연구에서는 플립드러닝 기반의 스포츠과학기술정책 융합강좌를 설계⋅개발하고, 일반학생과 학생운동선수 두 집단이 공존하는 스포츠계열 전공선택 강좌에 적용하는 과정과 수업운영 결과에 대한 효과성을 분석한 사례를 제시하였다. 방법 이를 위해 인천소재 I대학교 체육계열학과의 스포츠과학기술정책 융합강좌 강좌 수강생 20명을 대상으로 플립드러닝 5단계 모델을 적용하여 수업을 설계하고 온⋅오프라인 강의, TBL, 토론, 실습 등의 수업전략을 활용한 후, 수강생의 학습몰입 수준 측정을 위한 설문조사와 인터뷰를 진행하여, 독립 t검증, 대응 t검증 및 내용분석을 실시하였다. 결과 전체 수강생들의 학습열정, 학습내용 활성화, 학습경험 만족, 메타인지 활동 등의 학습몰입 요인에서 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 수강생들은 재미와 기쁨, 수업참여에 대한 동기, 이해도 향상 및 자부심 형성 등을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 교수자의 체계적인 수업설계와 치밀한 운영을 위한 다양한 교수법 활용, 강의 전⋅중⋅후의 다각적인 노력은 일반학생과 학생운동선수 모두의 발전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 수업사례는 스포츠 원리에 기반한 4차 산업혁명 핵심기술과 인문학의 융합과정을 제시한 것으로, 스포츠과학기술정책 융합 전문인력의 범위와 기능에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고 스포츠과학기술 관련 리터러시의 형성과정에 기여할 것이다.

Objectives This study presents an analysis on the design and development of sports science technology policy convergence classes based on flipped learning, and the effectiveness of the process of applying classes and class operation results for electives in sports tracks for general students and student athletes. Methods For this, the five-stage flipped learning model was applied for 20 students taking sports science technology policy convergence of the sports department at I University in Incheon to design the class. Also, after utilizing class strategies such as online and offline lectures, TBL, debates, exercises, etc., surveys and interviews were held to measure the academic immersion level of students to conduct independent t-test, paired t-test, and content analysis. Results It was found that it had positive impact on academic immersion elements such as academic passion, activation of academic contents, satisfaction of academic experience, meta-cognition activities, etc. for all students, and the students were found to have experienced fun and joy, enhance motivation and understanding on class participation, sense of pride. Thus uses various teaching methods, and the overall effort of lecturing for professors' systemic instructional design and refined management helps both regular students and student athletes improve positively. Conclusions This class case presents the convergence course of humanities and core technologies of the fourth industrial revolution based on sports principles, and it will provide basic information on the scope and functions of sports science technology policy convergence experts, while contributing to the process of forming literacy related to sports science technologies.
