아랍의 신조어 특성 연구

A Study on New Words in Arab from the Perspective of Arabic Compound Words(naḥt)

오늘날 빠르게 발전하는 과학, 의료, 산업분야, 일상생활 등에서 기존에 정형화된 언어체계와 다른 급변하는 사회요구에 맞추어 각 단어를 합성, 축약하여 신조어가 만들어지고 있다. 아랍에서도 오래전부터 시대에 따라 신조어들이 생성되어 사용되어 오고 있다. 일상 사회생활에서 많이 사용하는 단어 중 하나인 ‘maʕlish’도 ‘mā ʕalayhi shayʔi’의 축약된 말이다. 이런 현상을 아랍 울라마들은 합성어(naḥt) 혹은 복합 파생(al-ʔlshtiqāq al-kubbar) 제하로 다루었다. 본 연구에서는 아랍어 신조어 생성과 관련하여 아랍 울라마들이 연구한 합성어의 의미 및 종류, 울라마들이 보는 견해 등을 분석함으로써, 아랍인들이 시대변천에 따라 그들이 필요로 하는 새로운 단어를 어떤 규범에 따라 생성하여 사용해오고 있는지를 연구하고자 한다. 본 연구는 Ⅰ장 서론에 이어 Ⅱ 장에서는 합성어(naḥt) 의미와 종류, Ⅲ 장은 아랍 울라마들의 견해, Ⅳ 장은 결론으로 연구하고자 한다.

In contemporary society, science, medical care, industrial field, and daily life are rapidly changing. In order to meet the rapidly changing social needs, nouns are synthesized and abbreviated, which are different from the standardized language system. This study aims to analyze the meaning and types of compound words(naḥt) studied by Arab scholars and the views of scholars in relation to the coining of new Arabic words. Following the introduction of Chapter Ⅰ, this study intends to study the meaning and the types of compound words (naḥt) in Chapter Ⅱ, views of the Arab ʕulamāʔ in Chapter Ⅲ, and conclusion in Chapter Ⅳ.
