연구목적 : 본 연구는 방문요양보호사의 월 급여를 정확히 계산함으로써 처우개선 방안을 모색하기 위함이다. 연구내용 : 방문요양보호사의 월 급여는 주휴수당과 연차수당을 시급으로 환산한후 이를 최저시급에 합산하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 : 주휴수당이 포함된 시급은 10,689원에서11,148원이 나오고, 연차수당까지 포함시킬 경우 11,129원에서 11,720원이 산출되었다. 요양보호사가 월 26일 근무할 경우 월급은 하루 1시간 317,819원, 2시간 635,637원, 3시간 953,456원으로나타났다. 연구제언 : 연구를 바탕으로 내린 결론은 방문요양보호사들의 임금 가이드라인이 만들어져야 하고, 기관 관리자를 대상으로 노무 교육을 정기적으로 실시할 필요가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve treatment by accurately calculating the monthly salaries of visiting caregivers. Contents: The monthly salaries of visiting nursing care workers were analyzed by converting weekly holiday allowance and annual allowance into hourly wages and adding them to the minimum hourly wage. Results : The hourly wage including weekly vacation pay was 10,689 won to 11,148 won, and when annual pay was included, 11,129 won to 11,720 won was calculated. If the nursing care worker worked on the 26th of a month, the monthly salary was 317,819 won for 1 hour, 635,637 won for 2 hours, and 953,456 won for 3 hours. Suggestions: The conclusion made based on the research is that wage guidelines for visiting caregivers should be made, and labor training for institutional managers needs to be conducted regularly.
