전문대학 교원의 플립드 러닝 수업설계모형에 관한 인식 고찰

A Study on the instructional design models of the Flipped Learning for the Junior College Professor

본 연구는 전문대학 수업의 질적인 향상을 위해 플립드 러닝의 운영 경험이 있는 대구경북지역의 2개 전문대학 10명의 교원을 대상으로 실시하였다. 설문지는 3부분으로 구성하였다. 적용한 수업에 관한 질문 3가지, 플립드 러닝 설계 모형개발과 운영에 관한 질문 4가지, 플립드 러닝을 적용한 수업을 설계하고 운영한 후 교수자의 성찰에 관한 질문 4가지이다. 결론은 전문대학 교원이 교육현장에서 쉽게 플리드 러닝을 적용하여 효율적인 결과 도출할 수 있기를 희망하였다. 따라서 쉽게 적용하여 운영할 수 있는 플립드 러닝의 수업설계모형을 원하고 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 전문대학 플립드 러닝 수업의 질적 향상을 기대해본다.

This study was conducted to improve the quality of college classes. It was conducted on 10 professors of 2 junior colleges in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province with experience in the operation of flipped learning. The questionnaire consisted of three parts. There are three questions about the class applied, four questions about the development and operation of the model of the flipped learning design, and four questions about the reflection of the professor after designing and operating the class applied with flipped learning. The conclusion was hoped that professors of specialized colleges could easily apply in the field of education and produce efficient results. Therefore, they wanted a class design model of flipped learning that could be easily applied and operated. Based on the results of this study, we look forward to improving the quality of our junior college flipped learning classes.
