내포신도시, 일차의료 지역사회 통합모형의 제안

As ‘Naepo’ New City, a proposal of integrated model of primary medical community

본 연구는 대한민국 지방자치제와 신도시개발, 핵심공공기관 이전에 따라 발생하는 새로운 인구유입과 유출에 따른 일차의료(Primary Healthcare)의 지역사회 통합모형을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존에 연구되었던 지역사회협력모형, 노스까렐리아 프로젝트, 강동구 건강백세 상담센터, 서대문구 복지코디네이터, 남양주시 희망케어센터 등의 모형을 참조하고자 한다. 이를 통해, 본 연구에서는 내포신도시형 지역사회 통합건강증진 사업에 대한 지역사회 참여가 가능한 일차보건의료에 대한 모델을 제안한다.

This study proposes a community integration model of primary health care for new population inflow and outflow caused by the development of the local autonomous system in Korea, the development of new cities, and the transfer of core public institutions. To this end, I would like to refer to the models of community cooperation model, North Carlyle Project, Gangdong-gu Health and Welfare Counseling Center, Seodaemun Welfare Coordinator and Namyangju City Hope Care Center. In this study, we propose a model for primary health care that is able to participate community in community - based integrated health promotion project.
