본 연구는 의료기관 현장에서 요구하고 있는 현장실무능력 강화를 위한 교수학습법 개발 요구도 증가에 따라 교수 학습을 개발하여 보건의료행정전공 대학생들의 전공기초지식 함양은 물론 창의력 향상으로 의료기관 현장에서 바로 업무에 연계시켜 적용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 보건의료행정과 학생 47명을 대상으로 빈도분석, ANOVA분석, t-Test를 실시하였고 유의수준은 .05로 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 자기주도학습을 바탕으로 전공기초이론 지식이 향상 되었다. 둘째, 전공기초이론 지식을 바탕으로 실무적용 능력이 향상 되었다. 셋째, 실무적용 시 창의성이 향상에 도움이 되었다. 넷째, 팀프로젝트를 통하여 구성원간의 의사소통 능력은 크게 향상되지 못하였다. 다섯째, 팀 프로젝트와 발표를 통해 문제해결 능력이 향상되었다. 그러나 성공적 교수학습법 운영을 위해서 학습자 스스로 공부할 수 있는 학습프로그램 개발과 학습자 간 토론을 통하여 도출해 내는 과정에서 자유로운 분위기 조성이 필요하며, 이를 위해 교수자의 넓은 이해정도와 기다림의 시간을 가질 수 있어야 한다.

In order to do this, it is necessary to have a wide und erstanding of the instructor and time for waiting.
