브로카 실어증 환자의 무성자음 발화시 성대진동시작시간 변동 연구

Study on the Variation of the Voice Onset Time in voiceless of Broca's Aphasic Patients

본 연구는 브로카 실어증 환자군 말소리에 대한 무성자음 성대진동시작시간 특성을 알아보기 위해 유의미 단어 초성 성대진동시작시간을 측정하여 조음위치와 발성유형별간 비교 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 브로카 실어증 환자군과 대응되는 대조군을 가지고 CV와 CVC 문형을 가지고 성대진동시작시간을 측정하여 분산분석과 차이분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과 브로카 실어증 환자들은 발성유형별로 분석한 무성자음 성대진동시작시간이 더 유의적인 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the start time of vocal cord vibration and the vocalization lead time between vowel and vowel to investigate the characteristics of the beginning of voiceless vocal fold oscillation in Broca 's aphasia patients. For the study, the CV, CVC sentence pattern, and voiced contrast pair were compared with the control group of Broca 's aphasia patients. The results showed that the start time of the voiceless vocal cord vibration was more significant in the patients with Broca 's aphasia. The vocalization lead time between the vowels was shorter than the voice onset time. The voiced tone of the aphasic patients is significantly higher than the control group.
