맞춤형 사회복지 관련 직무 수행 능력을 위한 기초 연구

The effect of active aging activities of elderly people on mental health and life satisfaction

이 논문은 사회복지전공 교육의 전문성을 개발하기 위하여 연구된 논문으로, 사회복지 관련 기관별 산업체 인사로 부터 취업 후 초기 입직 1년 이내에 필요한 직무 능력 수준을 도출해 내고, 사회복지전문가와 아동복지전문가 두 트랙으로 나누어 각 분야별 직무 능력 및 수행업무를 비교 분석한 연구이다. 연구의 결과 취업 후 초기 1년 이내에 요구되는 직무능력 수준은 대부분 사회복지전문가와 아동복지전문가 트랙 모두 1수준에 해당되는 직무능력이 대부분이었고, 요구되는 직무능력수준과 수행업무를 비교한 결과 사회복지전문가와 아동복지전문가에게 요구되는 인식수준과 요구되는 실제 업무수행에 있어 약간의 차이를 나타냈다.

This research is a comparative analysis of job competence and performance in each field divided into two tracks; Social welfare specialist and Child welfare specialist. As a result of the research, the level of the job ability required within the first year after employment showed a slight difference in recognition level and actual work performance required between Social welfare specialist and Child welfare specialist.
