보건특성화 전문대학 교수학습지원 운영 및 활성화 방안

A Study on the Operation and Activation of Teaching-Learning Support in College specialized in health

본 연구에서는 보건특성화 전문대학 교수학습지원 운영 사례를 살펴보고 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 세계수준의 보건의료·산업 전문직업인 양성이라는 대학의 교육 목적을 달성하기 위해 교수 및 교육연구 지원, 학습 지원, 이러닝 지원, 국가시험 지원으로 운영하였으며, 그 성과는 다음과 같다. 다양한 교수학습지원 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 체계적인 교수학습지원을 통해 교수강의평가 점수가 향상되었고 국가시험 합격률도 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 교수학습지원의 활성화를 위해 교수 서포터즈와 학생 서포터즈의 활성화를 제안하였으며 국가시험 대비를 위한 체계적인 지원과 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대비한 이러닝 지원을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study suggested the operation and activation of teaching-learning support in college specialized in health. CTL(Center for Teaching and Learning) progressed teaching support program, learning support program, e-learning support program and examination support program. The major outcomes were as follows: 1) Teaching and learning support program’s satisfaction showed high. 2) Lecture evaluation score was improved and examination pass ratio was getting higher. We suggested teaching supporter and learning supporter for activation of teaching-learning support. We suggested systematic examination support and e-learning support.
