Suggestions on the Business Start-up of College students

이 연구는 청년창업에 도움을 제안한다. 청년창업이 우리사회에 견실하게 정착하기 위해서는 몇 가지 방안이 우선적으로 개선되어야 한다. 첫째, 소상공인을 활용한 멘토그룹핑 창업교육이 선행되어야 한다. 우수한 소상공인의 장인정신을 계승하고, 더 나아가 발전된 창업을 설계할 수 있는 창업교실 운영이 필요하다. 둘째, 이를 교육하고 지원하는 소상공인을 위한 법정 장려수당을 청년창업 예산에 반영하여 지급함으로써 소상공인 장인의 가계안정을 가져다주고 창업교실 운영자에게 자긍심과 사명감을 고취 시켜야 한다. 다음으로 청년창 업 지원제도는 원스톱 서비스 형태로 지원되어야 한다. 창업지원 기관이 여러 개의 기관으로 운영이 되어서 창업 프로세스가 너무 복잡하고 접근성이 용이하지 않으므로 그 절차를 아주 간결하게 운영하여야 한다. 마지막으로 창업지원 컨트롤 타워가 필요하다. 창업분야를 다양화 할 수 있게 지원하고 창업 주체가 튼튼하게 성장이 될 수 있도록 정보와 시장기능 역할을 하여야 한다.

The study is to suggest ways to help the youth start up a business. To help the youth settle their business down steadily in our society, the following should be considered: First, small business entrepreneurs can be mentors for the venture business education. The outstanding entrepreneurship should be succeeded and running the venture business class for the successful start-up is needed. Second, the legal funding for small business entrepreneurs who contribute to the education of the student business start-up should be paid off, so that they take a pride in themselves as well as the funding can be a compensation for their time and effort. Third, the support system of student business start-ups should work in a form of one-stop service. Since the current support system is too complicated and is not easy to acc ess, the simple procedure to apply and get support is needed. Finally, a control tower for the support of student business start-ups is needed. The tower should play a role in providing information and labor market function to help the start-up businesses grow successfully.
