전문대학 보건계열의 NCS기반 교과과정 개발에 관한 연구

Study on NCS-based Curriculum Development Division of the College of Healthcare

본 논문은 2013년부터 전문대학 보건계열에서 개발 및 시행하고 있는 국가직무능력표준(NCS, National Competency Standards)에 대한 연구보고서이다. NCS는 산업현장에서 직무를 수행하기 위해 요구되는 지식, 기술, 소양 등의 내용을 국가가 산업별, 수준별로 체계화한 표준이다. 또한, 산업현장의 직무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해 필요한 능력(지식, 기술, 태도)를 국가차원에서 표준화 한 것이다. 이에 따라, 일개 전문대학에서 보건계열의 커리큘럼을 NCS에 적합한 교육과정을 개발하기 위해 계획단계, 준비단계, 개발단계, 심의단계 순으로 교육과정을 개발하였다. 또한 교육과정개편을 위한 수행절차로는 현황분석, 교육과정 개편 로드맵 수립, 기존 교육과목별 GAP 분석, 교육과정 개편안 수립, 최종보고 순으로 개편하였다. 이러한 개발순서를 통해 최종적으로 NCS교과목 명세서(교과목 프로파일)를 개발하였다.

This paper reports on NCS(National Competency Standards) that are developed and implemented in the College of Healthcare Division since 2013. NCS is the knowledge required to perform the job in industry, technology, and industry-specific content, such as literacy countries, standards structured by level. In addition, the skills required to successfully perform the duties of industry (knowledge, skills and attitudes) to be standardized at the national level. Accordingly, the planning phase to develop a curriculum for NCS curriculum of the Healthcare Division in one college, preparatory stage, development stage, in order to deliberate step was to develop the curriculum. In addition to performing the procedures for the Analysis Curriculum Reform, Curriculum Reform Roadmap, Existing Training Courses by GAP Analysis, Established Curriculum Restructuring method, the final report was reorganized into the net. With this development procedure ultimately developed the NCS specification course (course profile).
