대학 보육교사 실습 전·후의 교직관의 차이에 대한 연구

Study on the difference of the university of profession notion before and after nursery teacher exercise

이 연구는 예비 보육교사들의 실습 전과 실습 후에 보육 교사직을 지원하는 동기와 교직관의 변화 차이를 조사하는 데 있다. 즉, 보육교사 양성과정(사회복지과, 언어재활과, 유아교육과)별로 각각 성별, 학과, 출신지, 경제적 지위에 관한 일반사항에 관하여 교사직을 지원하는 동기와 교직관에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는가를 조사한 것이다. 이를 위하여 사례중심대학(충청권) 2개교를 선정하였고, 조사결과 처리는 SPSS(V.21.0)의 빈도분석과 대응표본 t-test를 사용하여 평균 차이와 T-value 그리고 유의 확률 값으로 처리되었다. 조사결과는 교사직을 지원하는 동기에 있어서 긍정적 변화가 있었으며 교직관(인성, 교양 및 전문지식, 교육기술, 교직에 대한 태도 및 직업윤리에 관한 인식)에서도 상당한 긍정적인 변화의 차이가 있다고 조사되었다.

This study is to investigate differences in motivation and change teaching ideas to hel p with child care teaching position before and after the exercise of the pre-nursery tea cher practice. In other words, nursery teacher training course (social welfare, rehabilitati on of languages, and early childhood education) for each gender, department, place of origin, a statistically significant difference in motivation and teaching ideas to support th e teaching position with respect to general information about the economic status whe ther It will be investigated. To this end, the case was selected universities (Chungcheon g province), two schools, a survey process was managed by frequency analysis and pair ed t-test mean difference and the T-value using a probability value and significance of SPSS (V. 21.0). Survey results showed a positive change in the motivation to support th e teaching position teaching ideas (humanity, culture and expertise, training, skills, attitu de and work ethic recognition) of significant differences in the positive changes that w ere investigated.
