교수와의 유대관계가 대학생의 학교소속감과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

울산지역 일부 대학을 중심으로

This study was conducted with respect to students from a specific school in the Ulsan area from May 2014 until August 2014 to reveal the effects of relationships with professors on the students’ a sense of belonging to school and their quality of life. The results of the study are as follows. First, the values for relationship with professors, A sense of belonging to school and the quality of live was greater in male students than female students, in students 20 years old or younger than students 21 years old or older and in freshmen students than sophomore students. Second, it was found that there was a correlation between the relationship with professors and a sense of belonging to school and between the relationship with professors and quality of life and a correlation among each of their sub-factors. Third, the relationship with professors was found to have an effect on a sense of belonging to school. More specifically, interpersonal relationship, communication and level of satisfaction with the professors had an effect on organizational commitment, a subfactor of a sense of belonging to school and communication had an effect on organizational identification and level of satisfaction with the professors had an effect on the level of job participation. Fourth, the relationship with professors was found to have an effect on the quality of life. More specifically, interpersonal relationship had an effect on physical awareness, a subfactor of quality of life. By expanding the scope of study subjects and verifying other factors, it is necessary for follow-up studies that may even reveal the order of relationship among the relationship with professors, a sense of belonging to school and quality of life.
