뉴스 빅데이터를 활용한 LH 사태 관련 뉴스 키워드 분석

Comparative Analysis of Real Estate Policy-Related News Keywords According to LH Crisis

본 논문은 LH 직원들의 투기 의혹으로 시작된 LH 사태 이슈와 관련한 국내 주요 7개 일간지의 뉴스 빅데이터를 활용하여 LH 사태 전후 진보와 보수신문 등종합지와 경제지의 부동산 관련 주요 뉴스 키워드를 분석하였다. 이를 위해2020년 9월 1일부터 2021년 8월 31일까지 보도된 15,870건의 뉴스를 LH 사태전과 후로 구분하여 7개 신문사의 주요 키워드의 언급량을 워드클라우드의 형태로 시각화하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 정치적 성향이 다른 각 언론사들의 경제이슈에서 정치 이슈로의 의제(agenda) 전환 과정을 실제적으로 파악할 수 있었다.

This paper aims to compare and analyze real estate-related keywords in progress, conservative newspapers, and economic newspapers before and after the LH crisis by utilizing news big data(Big Kinds) from seven major domestic daily newspapers. To this end, 15,870 news reported from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2121, were classified before and after the LH crisis, and the amount of references to the main keywords of seven newspapers was visualized and analyzed as wordcloud. As a result of the analysis, first, the amount of reports by progressive newspapers nearly doubled from before the LH crisis. It was found that the focus was on discussions on the government and the ruling party's countermeasures and responses to the LH crisis along with the shift to political issues caused by by-election after the LH crisis. Second, after the LH crisis, the keywords such as "housing" and "price" mentioned in the economic newspaper were similar in the general newspaper of progressive and conservative newspapers with different political tendencies, identifying different perspectives on real estate-related agendas between general and economic journals. In particular, conservative newspapers and economic newspapers similarly mentioned keywords such as "speculation" and "investigation," showing a different perspective from the progressive newspaper, which focused on political trends in real estate policy, in that it viewed the LH crisis as a failure of the government and ruling party.
