재난현장 골든타임 확보를 위한 출동용 슬라이드 도입에 관한 연구

The Introduction of the “Dispatch Slide” to Secure the Golden Time

소방청에서는 ｢2022년 재난현장 골든타임 확보 종합대책｣을 통하여 재난발생 시 소방차고 탈출시간을 60 s 이내를 목표하고 있다고 밝혔다. 본 연구에서는 목표시간인 60 s를 보다 더 단축하기 위한 수단으로 “출동용 슬라이드”라는 대안을 마련하여 서울시 소방서(현장대응단)를 대상으로 계단을 경유하는 이동시간을 다방면으로 측정하고, 계단부분에 “출동용 슬라이드”를 대체 적용한 후 활강시간을 측정하여 두 데이터를 비교·분석하였다. 그 결과 “출동용슬라이드”를 이용한 이동시간이 계단을 이용한 이동시간 보다 약 11 s 빠르게 나왔다, 이미 선진국의 소방서에서는“출동용 슬라이드”를 도입하여 사용하고 있었다, 우리나라도 “출동용 슬라이드”가 빠른 시일 내에 도입되어 소방을비롯하여 경찰, 군인, 보안업체 등 신속한 공간이동을 필요로 하는 단체에 널리 보급되어 활용되기를 바란다.

During a disaster, through the “2022 Comprehensive Measures to Secure Golden Time at Disaster Sites”, the NationalFire Agency (NFA) states that it aims for firefighters to leave their fire depots within 60 s. This study considered the useof the “Dispatch slide” to shorten the target time (60 s) of the garage escape and the travel times while using the stairsand the slide were measured and analyzed. The travel time using the “Dispatch slide” was about 11 s faster than that usingthe stairs. Fire stations in developed countries have already introduced and used the “Dispatch slide”. We hope that it willbe introduced as soon as possible and will be widely used by organizations that require rapid space movement, such asfirefighting, police, soldiers and security companies.
