중국 친환경 자동차 산업의 국가경쟁력 향상에 관한 연구

A Study on Enhancing National Competitiveness of China's Eco-friendly Automobile Industry: Focusing on the Porter's Diamond Model

중국 친환경 자동차 산업의 성장에 있어 정부의 지원이 큰 역할을 하였다. 기술 및 기반구축을 위한대대적인 지원으로 중국내 친환경 자동차 발전의 기반이 마련되었다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 최근 몇 년동안 중국 친환경 자동차 기업의 핵심 경쟁력과 제품의 가성비가 높지 않으며, 신에너지 산업 기술수준이 낮은 등의 문제가 지적되었다. 이에 본 연구는 기본적으로 국가경쟁력의 결정요인을 설명하는포터교수의 다이아몬드 모델을 분석방법으로 활용하였다. 다만 창의력이 국가경쟁력의 새로운 요인으로 적용되는 변형된 다이아몬드 모형을 통해 친환경 자동차산업에 관한 포터의 4가지 주요 요소별자료와 창의력이 포함된 2가지 기타 요소의 변수들을 요인분석을 통해 주로 요인인 발전환경 요인, 시장규모 요인, 창의력 요인, 생존능력 요인으로 재도출하였다. 그리고 이를 다이아몬드 모델 프레임에 연계시켜 중국 친환경 자동차산업의 국제경쟁력을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 중국은 친환경 자동차산업의 국제경쟁력 종합 1위로 확인되었다. 다만 연구개발 및 혁신역량에 대한 지원은 부족한 것을확인하였다. 무엇보다 친환경 자동차의 핵심기술 연구개발에 대한 역량추입이 시급한 과제라고 볼수 있다.

Government support has played a major role in the growth of the eco-friendly automobile industry in China. With the full support of the government for the establishment of the technological infrastructure, the foundation of China's eco-friendly automobile industry has been laid. However, problems were pointed out that the core competitiveness of the current Chinese eco-friendly automobile companies is insufficient, the product cost-effectiveness is low, and the technology level is low. Therefore, in this study, Professor Porter's diamond model, which explains the determinants of national competitiveness, was used as a basic analysis method. First, variables for each of the four major factors related to the eco-friendly automobile industry and two other factors including creativity were used. And through factor analysis, development environment factors, market size factors, creativity factors, and viability factors, which are mainly factors, were selected as analysis criteria. And by linking this to the diamond model, the international competitiveness of China's eco-friendly automobile industry was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that China ranked first in the overall global competitiveness of the eco-friendly automobile industry. However, support for R&D and innovation capabilities was found to be insufficient. Above all, it is an urgent task to increase the capacity for R&D of core technologies for eco-friendly vehicles.
