The initial intention of education is to cultivate people with virtue, and career planning in colleges and universities is the most important basic course for college students. Under the background of ideological and political education, it is an important task for colleges and universities to build a career planning curriculum system. The purpose of this paper is to construct the curriculum system of career planning from the aspects of curriculum objectives, curriculum contents, teaching staff construction and curriculum evaluation under the guidance of ideological and political spirit.
