정보보호관리체계 운영을 위한 이슈트래킹시스템의 적용의도에 관한 연구

A Study on the Intention to Use of Issue Tracking System for the Information Security Management System: Focused on Experts and Managers in Information Security

본 연구는 정보보호전문가 및 실무자들이 정보보호관리체계를 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 도구로 이슈트래킹시스템을 적용하고자 하는 의도를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해, 국내 기업에서 활동중인 정보보호전문가 및 실무자를 대상 105명에게 이슈트래킹시스템에 대한 인식을 조사하였고, ‘기술수용모형’과 ‘통합기술수용모형’을 참고하여 이슈트래킹시스템의 ‘성과기대’, ‘노력기대’, ‘사회적영향’, ‘촉진조건’, 추가 신념변수인 ‘미래확장기대’ 요인이 인지적 유용성과 적용의도에 대한 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과, ‘성과기대’와 ‘사회적영향’, ‘미래확장기대’는 유용성에 유의한 영향이 있고 이어서 적용의도에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인하였다. ‘촉진조건’ 또한 ‘적용의도’에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인하였다. 하지만 ‘노력기대’는 ‘유용성’에 유의한 연관이 없는 것으로 확인하였다. 이는 기존의‘통합기술수용모형’ 관련 연구와는 상이한 결과이며 그 원인을 유추해 보았다. 특징적으로, 정보보호전문가 및 실무자들이 신 기술을 수용할 때 솔루션에 대한 신뢰수준은 ‘성과기대’보다 높은 영향이 있는것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기존 ‘통합수용기술수용모형’에 신뢰를 기반 한 신념변수인 ‘미래확장기대’ 를 추가하여 모형을 구성하였다는 점에서 기존 연구와 차별성이 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 좀더 많은조사 대상이 있었으면 하는 아쉬움이 있다. 또한, ‘통합기술수용모델’의 조절효과를 적용하지 않은 것은한계로 남는다. 향후, 후속 연구를 통해 본 연구의 모형을 보완해 나갈 것이다.

Recently, it is very difficult to flexibly and efficiently operate the ISMS to achieve the purpose of information security of companies, because service complexity is increasing and IT is also being changed very quickly. This study analyzed the intention to apply the Issue tracking system as a tool to efficiently operate the ISMS using the ‘UTAUT’ model because the ITS, a flexible collaboration tool, is applied to various ranges. As a result, it was confirmed that ‘Performance Expectancy’, ‘Social Influence’, and additional variables ‘Future Expansion Expectation’ had a significant effect on usefulness, and that usefulness and ‘Facilitating Conditions’ had a significant effect on ‘Behavioral Intention’. However, it was confirmed that ‘Effort Expectancy’ was not significantly related to ‘Use Behavior’. This study is different from previous studies in that the model was constructed by adding a belief variable based on trust to the existing ‘UTAUT’ model. The insufficient number of sample targets and not applying the moderating effect of the ‘UTAUT’ model are points to be supplemented through follow-studies.
